1. 7-Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unused and unwashed.

• In its original packaging.

• With all original tags and labels intact.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • The reason for the return (e.g., damaged product, wrong item, not satisfied).

  • Clear photos or a short video of the item, especially if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This helps us process your request faster.

• Await Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Reasons for Return

A) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Received If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we sincerely apologize.

• We will offer a free replacement of the same product or a full refund.

• We will arrange for the return shipping of the item at no cost to you.

B) Not Satisfied / Changed Your Mind If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can still return the product.

• The item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

• In this case, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund for the product's cost. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only offer direct replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
